Always inspect your goods when they are delivered to you, or when they are purchased from our showrooms, to ensure that you are completely happy with the quality of the product. We also recommend that you refer to our warranty pages, as we are not able to accept claims outside of the product warranty period.

Please remember that some of our designs and hand-crafted, unique pieces made from natural materials such as timber and marble, and therefore contain variations in grain, colour or texture. Variations such as this are not considered as a fault. If you have any concerns about this prior to purchasing, please speak to your sales representative.

To ensure that we solve your case as best and as quickly as possible, please provide us with a detailed overview and images of your concern, to help us to assess your case.
